I’m not a zombie fan, so don’t get the hype. I reblogged this for those that do =P

blue red blue red blue.
this will have most of the songs we have ever made videos for. it will also include a dvd commentary by the band on each video.
it will include two new songs. one for fans of the mixtape we put out. one that is entirely new and has not been heard before.
you know its gonna tank/rule if even the ap.net kids like the art. wink. (artist is daniel danger - based on a set of skeletons blah just use google).
it will also have a few bonus things some obvious and some hidden as a thank you to the fans who have stuck with us through this journey.
thanks.

The theme song from the show Being Erica, which I really like…

The closest to lyrics I could get was:

It’s clearer inside of me
Who I will always be
Open me up to my heart
Feels like I’m singing the dark
(Waking me up to my life)
To do it all over
Again and again
Back to the end
The sum of my dreams
And everything I ever wanted to be

The song is by Lily Frost and apparently written for the show, but if anyone knows where I can find lyrics?

For the admirable few who are still holding out on getting a Twitter account.

In case you missed the links being passed around all day, here’s a stream from banana’s music club of our aforementioned song collaboration with Andrew McMahon.  I hope you enjoy it as much as we did writing it.

“Sputter” will be featured on our 5 song EP Lost In Pacific Time available TOMORROW on iTunes / Amazon and for you CD collectors, you can order the limited edition pressing HERE.

bananasmusicclub:

The Academy Is… - “Sputter” (feat. Andrew McMahon of Jack’s Mannequin). Find out more here.

William Beckett’s voice sunds different… deeper, I guess. But it will be good when they rlase a new album =)

“…If the fit suits, wear it… and this one don’t.”
Check out our Alternative Press cover coming out soon.  The shoot was even more fun than it looks like it was.  The studio had a bottle of moonshine with my name on it, but I’m pretty sure Chiz drank most of it… (jokes and jokes.)
In all seriousness, click my right nostril above to hear the first sneak peek of our upcoming Lost In Pacific Time EP on AlternativePress.com:  ”I’m Yours Tonight”.
Enjoy.  Let me know what you think & stay tuned this week for more updates.

Fall Out Boy - Beat It

I only just discovered that there was a video clip for this…
Featuring the guy that plays Gob in Arrested Development and someone who is possibly Turk from Scrubs!

‘Fun’ Fact - FOB wouldn’t play this song on their tour out of respect to MJ

Lisa Mitchell - Coin Laundry

Normally I don’t care for anything from Idol / the people on Idol, but this song is just so cute and quirky!
